Whipped this little one up for lunch today and it was deeelish. Great for boosting the immune system during winter and getting in your protein requirements, post workout.
1 scoop of hemp protein powder
1 large chunk of cucumber (peeled)
2 handfuls of spinach (frozen or fresh)
3 kiwis (skins removed)
Juice of half a lime
100-200ml of water
Blitz in the blender and enjoy!
