Mummy Hem made this for me the other day and, whilst I think figs are a little plain (she adores them) she really jazzed them up and they were deelish.
This meal is great as a healthy starter or small snack.
So how’d ya make em?

Ingredients:
Rocket, spinach, any nice green leafy salady bits you fancy
1 fig
Tbsp of goats cheese (the chévre kind that’s soft and without a skin)
Drizzle of honey
Drizzle of balsamic glaze

Prepare the salad on a small plate, drizzle with balsamic glaze and make it look pretty (see picture above)
Cut the fig into quarters (but don’t cut through the skin), spoon the goats cheese on top and drizzle with the honey. Place under the grill and cook for about
Put the fig on top of the salad and devour.
Enjoy!
