Summer Beach Bums Leg, Bum and Inner ThighWorkout 

These are my favourite workouts for legs, booty and inner thighs.

I like to use ankle weights for an extra burn, I’d highly recommend getting some but it’s fine to do it without ☺️.

You can buy my ankle weights here they are 2.5lbs and were £15.

Complete each exercise on both legs 4 times through

Donkey kicks: 15 reps

Mini leg pulses: 30 reps

Large leg pulses: 15

Leg x’s: 15 reps

Each leg 4 times through for a great bum, leg and inner thigh workout

Complete each exercise on both legs 4 times through

Mini side leg pulses: 30 reps

Large side leg pulses: 15

Glute bridge: 15-20 reps

Single leg glute bridge: 10 reps

Each leg 4 times through for a great bum, leg and inner thigh workout
