How to Stay Motivated: My Motivation Wall

A slightly less wordy post today- I get asked all the time “How do you stay motivated to eat well and exercise?”.

I have written another, more in-depth post about this here but I wanted to show you a couple of quotes I have posted in my room to remind me to stay inspired.

I found most of these postcard in paperchase- pick ones that mean something to you and that will give you a little push in the right direction when you need it.

Put them up where you are likely to see them everyday and make a conscious effort to read them regularly.

I am a firm believe in the saying “thoughts become things” (I even have it as the screen saver on my phone).

If you think something, believe you can have it and act as though you already do have it- you will get it. You get out what you put in- so tell the universe what you want!

It might sounds silly but there’s no harm in trying right? Plenty of very successful people believe this and have proven it to be true.

Another way I stay motivated is by receiving emails from TUT

When you sign up to TUT you tell it 1 material thing you’d like to have (e.g. a new car) and 1 non material thing (find love, friendship, travel the world) and it will send you an email every day to help motivate and inspire you. Every now and then it will mention the things you told it you’d like to have. Check it out- it really is awesome!

Anyway, here are my current favourite quotes that I have up in my bedroom to keep me motivated!

  AND MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE…

I hope you can find your own way to stay motivated 🙂
