As summer has now arrived in England I thought I’d share a favourite recipe of mine: Healthy Peach Froyo. It is seriously deeelish and can also be made Vegan Friendly!
And the best part…it’s only 70 calories per portion!

1 tin of peaches or 4-5 fresh ripe peaches (peeled and stoned)
5tbsp of natural yoghurt
2tbsp of honey (or maple syrup)
Put the peaches in a freezer bag and freeze overnight or until hard.
Once the peaches have frozen, place in a bowl and add the yoghurt and honey.
Using a hand blender mash up the mixture in the bowl until smooth and thick.
Eat and enjoy!
