Here’s a quick look at a workout I created that was inspired by 2 women i follow on Instagram called twobadbodies- they do awesome workouts so check them out and give this workout a go.
- Side Jump Rope Slams
- Rope Jumping Jacks
- Single Rope Slam Jump Lunges
- Side on Single Arm Rope Slam Jump Squat
Perform each exercise for 20 secs, rest for 10 secs then repeat the exercise again- do this 10 times in total before moving on to the next exercise.
