Having an exercise partner holds you accountable and ensures you still get that workout in even when you don’t really fancy it because you don’t want to let them down.
You’ll also have more fun being with someone else and maybe push yourself harder because your competing with each other.
Exercise is a great way to bond and make new friends so head to a class or give this workout a go. Don’t have any friends that exercise? Join a gym and make friends! I always chat to women I don’t know at the gym (yes it’s nerve wracking at first but the more you do it the easier it gets) they are always friendly and willing to chat about their workout regime- as long as you dont interrupt them during a set! So go with a smile and say ‘hi you look great, what does your workout routine look like?’ if they seem friendly suggest doing one together one day. It’s as easy as that 🙂
