So here’s what you gotta do:
Peel and freeze 3 or 4 bananas
Wait until hard and frozen then dump them in a food processor with a couple tbsp of cacao powder and a couple tbsp of coconut palm sugar and whizz-it-up baby. You might need to help get it all going with a small splash of water or non dairy milk. Stop once the mixture is smooth and creamy. You might need to stop it every now and then to push the mixture down and get it whizzing round.
For the chocolately saucey bit soak 4 de-stoned dates in hot water whilst your bananas are whizzing.
Once the bananas are done stick the dates in a blender and whizz up with a splash of water until smooth.
Stir in with the chocolate and devour!
