Hello my lovely readers! I am back and will now be posting regularly. As explained in my last post I took some time off from blogging to complete my Personal Training course (just waiting on my results!) and then I will be fully qualified!

Apologies my blog posts have been few and far between lately. I have been study before I start my four week intensive course to become a Personal Trainer. Today I start my course so I just wanted to let you know that I won’t be posting as I want to focus on my studying.
Please check back in in four weeks times as I’ll be posting regularly after then and will be much more knowledgable too 🙂

This recipe has become my ‘go-to’ recipe for impressing friends (vegan and non-vegan) and a firm Friday night favourite when you’ve got a bit more time to prep. I never used to like chickpeas but I now realise that stems from memories of eating them undercooked which mean hard and crumbly. I have developed a great love for the humble chickpea and it is an excellent healthy option and meat replacement.
So lets get down to the nitty gritty.

This little guy is such a healthy sweet treat to have when you’re craving sugar. But, it does take a couple of hours to set so plan ahead chocolate lovers! The dark chocolate hardens when mixing with the other ingredients and creates a nice crunchy-ish textures and the raspberry and a slight tartness which really compliments the chocolate (check me out sounding like a food critic…)
I whipped this little bad boy up this morning for an early lunch and it was yummo!
