Katy Hemfit Personal Training offers 1-to-1 and small group training sessions at DW Fitness First, Cheltenham (n.b. you do not have to be a member of DW to train with Katy here).

I have worked with lots of women to help them reach their health & fitness goals and I can help YOU!

I help women become lose weight, tone up, become fitter and enjoy delicious, healthy food, (all whilst having fun). So, if you want to improve your health, body, fitness and general well-being I can help.

For many women knowing where to start with food and exercising can be so confusing- I will work closely with you to devise a total body, personal plan for your goals that works for you and your life.

Together we will lay down the foundations for you to build yourself a healthy, happy life.

1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions: £35-45 p/h for 1 to 1 personal training sessions, additional workouts to complete at home, unlimited support, nutritional guidance, meal plans, weekly check ins, fitness testing etc.

 Group Training: 2-4 per group £15-£25 per person. Group training also includes meal plans, nutritional advice and additional workouts to complete alone.

Online Training: Total workout plan based on your needs/requirements and environment. Complete calorie and macro-nutrient guidance, meal plans, fortnightly Skype progress calls, online support and accountability.

£110 for the first month and £59 a month thereafter.

*n.b. clients must agree to 2 months of training.

About Me:

I discovered my love of fitness when I decided to lose weight whilst studying at University and have since lost almost 7kgs. I realised it was my passion to help other women reach the same goals as me- lose weight & look and feel great. I studied to become a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and also hold a Level 4 Diploma in Personal Nutrition. As a vegan myself I can also offer guidance for vegans, vegetarians and for those simply looking to enjoy a more plant-based diet whilst maintaining an active lifestyle.
