Sorry for not posting lately. I’ve been really busy the last few months working with a team setting up a really exciting new weight-loss & fitness bootcamp retreat!

It’s called Zest24 and we’re going to be running weight-loss retreats in the beautiful Shropshire countryside.

We’ve worked with nutritionists to lay the foundations for our chef to be fully creative, cooking delicious, satisfying food that’s calorie and macro counted. This ensures you see maximum weight-loss (guests can expect to lose 3-10lbs during the retreat) without feeling deprived.

I’ve sampled all the food and I can honestly say, it’s delicious!

It’s not every day I get to meet one of my idols but on Sunday I was lucky enough to meet the incredible Kayla Itsines.

She is such a great role model and the person who had a big impact on me losing over a stone and a half of weight.

Kayla inspires over 3 million girls every day with her awesome lean, mean body and motivation attitude.
So when I heard she was putting on a bootcamp in London I absolutely HAD to be there.
